Assassin’s Creed Origins – How to Get “New Recruits” Achievement

What to do if all the missions have been completed, and the achievement “New Recruits” is not awarded.

Introduction

This guide will talk about what to do if you have fulfilled all the conditions for achieving Recruits, but it is still not available.

The “New Recruits” achievement is available in the Hidden Ones DLC

Complete the main tasks of the supplement – “Shakilat Ascent” and “Scarab Shadows”

I Googled and found the first mention of this problem back in 2018. It’s 2022 and Ubisoft is clearly making it clear that you went to ***r we have so much to do.

Why did this happen?

My assumptions about why the achievement may not be counted.

1. You pass these achievements after completing the “Invisible” main storyline;
2. Before completing this achievement, you have already killed one or more scarabs of the “Shadows of the Scarab” quest;
3. You have a hacked animus. Or did you do something with the animus;
4. Vryatli of course, but maybe because of the change of complexity in the process of the game itself. I did that.

Anyway, there may be a lot of options, but the result is the same – there is no achievement.

Decision

The solution turned out to be quite simple. Here is the procedure as I did.

You just need to launch a New Game +, quickly pass the Siwa area and immediately go to the Hidden Ones add-on and re-complete the missions.

My procedure was as follows:

1. First we launch a new game +;
2. We quickly pass the first district of Siwa. We don’t pay attention to anything at all. We do not change the complexity, etc.;
3. We will have conditionally 6 tasks in Siva:
   • Kill some guy and get out of the temple;
   • Get to the Siwa area;
   • Kill the robbers;
   • Kill “some guy 250 meters away from us”;
   • Move into the past and survive the death of his son;
   • And finally, we will be asked if we want to leave the Siwa area.
4. Then we have the opportunity to travel around the world. We choose the branch about the invisible and move to the island;
5. We find the camp of the invisible (on assignment);
6. In the same shelter we get the task “Shakilat Ascent”;
7. Climbing out of the shelter and next to the boy, we take the task “Shadows of the Scarab”;
8. I first completed the task “Shakilat Ascent”, and after that “Shadows of the Scarab”;
9. After completing the “Shadow of the Scarab”, and this is still idiotic, especially the fist fight at the end of the mission, I got an achievement.

Important

What I consider important in achieving this achievement. Since it is “buggy”, you can expect anything, so it is better to perform the above procedure with one attempt!!!. Without exiting the game, changing settings, etc.

The whole process took 1 hour 10 minutes with skipping cut scenes

I don’t know if it will count if the game crashes, “your mom called you to eat,” a neighbor cut off the Internet, a cat decided to give birth, or some other adventures will happen to you.
