First The Lamb must have been defeated previously before The Forgotten can be unlocked. I recommend you to have The Negative it is easier that way because you have to be in the Dark Room.
1. Первый, start running as any character. You have to defeat the first-floor boss in under 1 минута. When you defeat the boss you will hear mom yell, then you have to go back to the room where you were spawned and put the bomb. It will spawn the Broken Shovel. It will lay on the
floor and when you pick it up it becomes an active collectible. Holding the Broken Shovel will cause Mom to continually try to stomp you. Using the Broken Shovel will stop the stomping in the current room.
2. Следующий, you have to clear Boss Rush. This will grant the second piece of the Broken Shovel, completing Mom’s Shovel. Boss Rush is activated after defeating mom within 20 минуты.
3. Окончательно, a single Grave Room with a dirt patch in its center will appear in the Dark Room. Using Mom Shovel while standing on the dirt patch unlocks The Forgotten.
