There is only one missable achievement: Мой драгоценный. Techinically Is this what it looks like? is missable too, but it’s part of the My precious achievement. The rest unlock either as part of playing the game, or can be unlocked quickly with level select.
Achievements are ordered based on when they first become relevant.

Take the hand spinner from the start of the game all the way to the end of the game. Unlocks at the beginning of level 41. The game checks if you were holding it at each autosave so if you forget it, you only need reload the last save in which you had it.
Do not look into it.
You looked into a laser.
Nudge a fork cube so it rolls into its side and into a laser then look into it. Уровень 4 is an easy choice.
