Spore Grotto Mushroom Quest

Sozo is found at Spore Grotto, inside the large mushroom building at the back. You can encounter him after a random meeting with the Mushrooms in Anura.

When you meet Sozo for the first time, he initiates his mushroom quest. He requests 10 menticide mushrooms, which you probably collected during your stay in Anura. Successfully completing this task earns the player a dark talisman fragment.

Brainwashing Ritual

Following the initial quest, Sozo will request an additional 20 menticide mushrooms. Delivering them unlocks the brainwashing ritual and grants another dark talisman fragment.

Once you perform the brainwashing ritual, you receive yet another dark talisman fragment and obtain the mushroom sculpture blueprint.

After constructing the mushroom sculpture and making the pledge (which can only be done at night), Sozo rewards you with the last dark talisman fragment, completing the quest.

Sozo’s Death & Возрождение

Once you chat with Sozo in Споровый грот, he mentions consuming a large number of mushrooms. When you return to the grotto later, you’ll discover his body. В этот момент, you can collect a ‘Sozo seed’ from him, and you have the option to plant it at your cult.

By planting the Sozo seed, you can regenerate Sozo as a cultist in your group.

Sozo and Mushroom Follower

Sozo will request your help to rescue his mushroomo friend from Anura. If you successfully complete this quest, a mushroom follower will join your cult.
