Branching Paths & Новая игра+

There are three major choices you will make in this game that will lock some party members from being recruited on the current playthrough.

Ветвь 1: Travelling with Kid

Доступность: Shortly after traveling to the other world for the first time.

Ветвь 2: Choosing a guide.

Доступность: After talking to the man polishing the statue, where Kid would once more ask to join the party if you did not recruit her during the first branch.

Ветвь 3: Save Kid or Leave Kid Alone.
Save Kid: Orcha, Razzly, Мел.
Leave Kid Alone: Гленн, Macha, Док.

The real question you should be asking yourself is why this matters? Понимаете, towards the end of each playthrough of this game you will be able to call back all allies you have recruited from previous playthroughs, which is the only way in which you can recruit ALL party members due to the branches above.

Managing to recruit all party members will give you a very special reward, but more on that someday.

Arni Village

Доступность: After the starting dungeon.

Ветвь 1 – Travelling with Kid

Доступность: When visiting the other Cape Howl for the first time.

Another’s Arni Village

• Branch Party (Leena): Leena joins your party shortly after in Another’s Arni Village.

Another’s Hydra Marshes

Доступность: As soon as you leave Another’s Arni Village.

Another’s Fossil Valley

Доступность: As soon as you leave Another’s Arni Village.

• Требование (Скелли): Tell the man by the ladder you are exorcists then agree to help the Skeleton Head to get the Heavy Skull.
• Требование (Draggy): Steal the Big Egg by taking the path downstairs to the Southwest of where you agreed to help Skelly, ignore the soldier’s warnings when going down.

Another’s Termina – Ветвь 2

Доступность: After passing through Another’s Fossil Valley.

• Branch Party (Ребенок): Talk to the man polishing the statue after Kid leaves, she will come back for you to finally accept her into the party.

Ветвь 2 – Choosing a guide

Доступность: After talking to the man polishing the statue, where Kid would once more ask to join the party if you did not recruit her during the first branch.

• Вечеринка (Коварство): Talk to him inside the bar and ask for his help.

Пьер

• Элемент (Hero’s Medal): When starting the second Branch talk to the Blacksmith (Zappa) in his workshop, then to the Mysterious Swordsman (Пьер) on the room below, then talk to the kid running around just outside the Smithy’s workshop. Go back to Pierre and return his Medal, then accept to go with him.
• Вечеринка (Пьер): Give Pierre the Hero’s Medal.

• Вечеринка (Никки): Enter the large ship on the west of Termina and talk to the man in the first room you can enter, then accept Miki’s offer. Leave Termina and enter the Shadow Forest to the east, then find and follow a man trying to play music to a monster, after a fight, he will go inside a cave behind a waterfall. Once you talk to him inside the cave your consent is no longer relevant.

Примечание: Да, this branch having three choices is the only reason you need to do an entire third playthrough.

Another’s Shadow Forest

Доступность: This will depend on the choice you made on the second branch.

If you chose Nikki then you have already accessed this area.

If you chose anyone else this area will be accessible after the events in Viper Manor.

• Требование (Скелли): Go to the cave behind the waterfall and examine the letter, then pick up the Angry Scapula.

Viper Manor – Ветвь 3

• Требование (Pip and Luccia): Past the two guards to the right where you are dropped, interact with the necklace to be dropped on a cage. After a fight interact with Pip and open his cage then talk to Luccia on your way out.
• Требование (Скелли): After the Branch choice talk to the Element Trader NPC and leave after you can choose the Trade option, accept the Pelvic Bone piece.
• Ключевой элемент: To the left of the Element Trader you will see a scene between Orlha and Doc, return to the bar after speaking with Direa and Steena and interact with the dwarf in the back to receive the Green Tinkler.

Ветвь 3 – Saving Kid
