A few more bug fixes, and another attempt to tame an elusive and hard to reproduce bug or two. I appreciate your patience, and understand it can be frustrating when a bug messes with or completely ends a run.

- Identified a number of behaviors that might have allowed enemies to be targeted or modified by abilities when they were first appearing or dying, and fixed these.
- Visual FX will no longer fade out while leveling up in arena
- Fixed the hitbox on Cold Shoulder that made it 2.5 times as large as it should be
- Boon text descriptions no longer revert to the first menu choice after making a selection when leveling up in Arena (как, who brought the word salad to the party?)
