Use the ‘3’ coin to get a soda, then make the soda big. It will shoot off the screen, and come back with a turtle on it.

Secret Levels
Note that you can ONLY unlock the secret levels once you’ve found all 38 turtles. That unlocks the first secret level, and then you can go back to previous levels to find the others.
Secret Level 1:
Encontre tudo 38 turtles in the main levels.
Secret Level 2: Solve the home screen level (doesn’t matter what it is).
Ex: It has totems now
Secret Level 3: Unlocked in level 10 (the mini-golf level)
Find the extra piece of wood here 
Then use it to hit the ball into the green flag 
Secret Level 4: Unlocked after beating secret level 3
Secret Level 5: Unlocked in level 14 (the tornado level)
Make the house small, suck it up. (Desculpe, Dorothy) 
Secret Level 6: Unlocked in level 16 (the pyramid temple)
Put the gold bit on top 
Secret Level 7: Unlocked in level 6 (the city with the hot air balloon)
Secret Level 8: Unlocked in level 23 (Tower of Pisa)
Secret Level 9: Unlocked in level 28 (space turtle)
Shrink the sun, create black hole, lucro? 
Secret Level 10: Unlocked in level 21 (frozen tundra)
