How to Scrap Materials
There is a secret chamber beneath the Custodian in N’erud, accessible by a hole in the ground on the left side. Dentro, there is a merchant NPC and two elevators. The left one leads back outside, while the right one leads into a second section that may hold the Core Booster and the Pulse Rifle if your map is set up that way.

If you happen to roll both the Core Booster and the Pulse Rifle in your map, you no longer need to farm for them.
