You can also find the wine cellar at Cotton Ball, behind the bar.
What I manage to spot is, that every chest has a small swarm of fireflies. Fireflies really help you find the chests at night, highly recommend you to at least use them to find all the chests in the city.
Também, loot is random! so keep that in mind that every time you start a new game you will get different items from “baús” e “wine cellar”
