Czechoslovakia provides some good tanks, and Romania will expand your border with the Reds. Destroying the Reds
With your German allies, you will be able to attack the Russians. if the Soviets were in a civil war that recently ended, make sure you justified on the Opposing side, and declare war as soon as it ends. When they stop attacking, begin pushing back. Make sure to call Germany into the war, as they don’t like Stalin or whoever you’re going to defeat. It is important to attack before they complete the Soviet-French pact, as this will draw the French in, and Germany has a large border with France which they may not be watching. Russia is incredibly painful to capitulate, so make sure your early gains count.
As the frontline extends, Russia will not be able to fill it, as they need their troops close to Moscow. War score shouldn’t matter, as if Germany puppets Russia, they will still be in your faction. Now Romania also has one of your cores, which you need for the achievement, so just justify on them (or their faction members) to take that core state. You only need one province in the state to own it, and the achievement will fire up. You now have neutralized the 2 great powers on your border, meaning Poland will never be partitioned again.
