No entanto, when you enter your Microsoft Account details or try to log in with an existing account, you find yourself stuck in an endless loop of sign-in attempts. This prevents you from accessing the settings menu or progressing in the game without signing in.

Sign out from the following:

• Xbox App
• Microsoft Store

Se possível, sign out from any other Microsoft-owned accounts that are active on your PC.

2. Open the Windows start menu and search for ‘Credential Manager’.
