Important Info
- The majority of these ghosts cannot be found unless you’re playing on hard difficulty or higher. Anything below and they simply won’t show up, or you won’t be able to interact with certain trigger items.
- There are specific times when it’s best to search for them, as the Janitors will be despawned.
- The best time to search MB1 is after defeating the Tree Ghost, but before entering room 2-8.
- The best time to search MB2 is after giving the baby the Clay Doll, but before entering the Art Supplies Room.
- The best time to search NB is after defeating Choi Eun-mi (knife lady), and before entering the Auditorium.
1) Vengeful Spirit of a Housemother (Hard+)
As soon as you start the game, enter the 1F boys bathroom and grab the cigarettes off the top of the furthest stall.
Make your way over to the 3F girl’s bathroom in MB2 and stare into the 2nd mirror. Be sure to have heals available, as she will damage you.
The Invisible Voice (Normal+)
After entering NB for the first time, immediately turn around and go back to MB2 (or any time prior to picking up the Bells from the Occult Room). You’ll find that the connecting hallway is now infinitely looping. Wait around until the Fox Spirit finishes her song and attacks you.
3) The Lying Female Student (Hard+)
Enter the Night Duty Room in MB2 with the lights off and you will spot this girl laying on the floor. Make sure you walk up to and interact with her. Następnie, you will need to repeat the same process in NB rooms 3-3 I 3-9 (w tej kolejności).
4) Woman in the Locker
Enter any classroom with the lights off and your lighter on, then open the lockers until she appears.

7) The Girl Outside the Window (Hard+)
After accessing the first staircase in MB1 (the northern stairs) climb to the very top to find a Love Letter on the floor.
Head to the hallway outside of the Gym Supply Room and interact with the 2 handprints on the window, then wait a few seconds. You’ll eventually hear the glass squeaking.
The Starved Ghost (Hard+)
You will first need 2 Instant Lunchboxes in your inventory. Once you have them, make your way to the 1F School Store in the NB and locate a tray you can interact with on the counter. Give it 2 Lunches to spot the ghost.
9) The Girl With a Hidden Face

10) The Library Ghost
Pierwszy, head to room 2-5 in MB1 and grab the Report Card from one of the lockers.
Następny, head to the 4F Reading Room in NB and look for the table with an open book on it. While interacting with the book look up to spot the ghost. Have heals on hand.
11) The Kid Solving a Problem (Hard+)
In MB1, grab the chalk off the chalk board in room 2-8.
Następny, grab the Bloody Workbook off the floor of the Recording Room. Walk up to her.
Następnie, head to room 2-7 with the lights off and you’ll spot the ghost near the board as you enter.
12) Haunted Head Ghost (Normal+)
Can be found anywhere in the 3 zabudowania. She seems to randomly spawn in and will alert her presence by whispering in your ear before a sort of humming sound starts. Simply stand around and wait for her to jumpscare you. She has a better chance of spawning on higher difficulties.
13) The Attendance Ghost (Hard+)
Go to Gym Storage in MB1 (where you open the safe for the Tree boss) and collect the hat inside the locker with the medals.
Następnie, head to room 2-11 and interact with the book on the podium at the front of the room, then swivel your camera around until she spawns. I also suggest having heals available, as she does a good amount of damage to you.
14) The Me in the Mirror

15) The Girl Who Became a Spider
Enter any room required for the power puzzle in NB before you receive the objective to turn the lights on and a small cutscene will play with the ghost. These rooms include 3-1, 3-5, 3-8, 3-10 I 3-12.
16) Face Filled With Hatred (Hard+)
Enter any bathroom with the lights off and enter the very last stall. You will eventually hear a girl checking each stall, saying “not this one”. W końcu, she’ll reach your stall and plop her head on the floor.
17) The Woman Who Hanged Herself

A Living Manikin (Hard+)
If you’re worried you might mess up, make sure to save before attempting this ghost. If it attacks you it won’t respawn for that playthrough.
Head over to the 4F Biology Room in MB2 to spot a Mannequin and a lamp in front of it. With the lights off, light the lamp, then continuously crouch/uncrounch until you exhaust yourself. 19) The Shadow in the Water

20) Grandmother Ghost (Hard+)
On floor 3 of the NB is a little bridge you can cross. Keep running back and forth across it until you can’t move, then look around.
