The developer of The Planet Crafter has released a new update for the game on April 10, 2024. Oto nowe rzeczy, których powinieneś się spodziewać lub zmienić w tej nowej aktualizacji. Informacje te zostały zaczerpnięte bezpośrednio z oficjalnego ogłoszenia na Steamie.

Planet Crafter 1.0 is NOW LIVE!

Ten 1.0 version is packed with new content:

• Nowy online multiplayer co-op mode up to 10 gracze
• New big zwierzęta creation via DNA manipulation
• 3 new biomes
• New lore and end game content
• New character animations
• New cinematic introduction
• Improvements and rework of existing biomes
• New items to craft and new mechanics
• 20 new exclusive music tracks
• Quality of life and performances improvements

If you have already purchased the game, it will be automatically updated and existing save files will transfer seamlessly. But with the 30% discount, it’s the perfect time to start a new game, alone or with up to 9 friends simultaneously!
Po 2 years in Early Access, I 7 major updates in between, we want to thank our amazing community who gave us feedback and helped us trough this journey to make the best 1.0 we could!

We tried to keep true to the promises we made two years ago, and hopefully you’ll think we delivered. Some things couldn’t be added to the game, like a vehicule, as we felt the map was not well suited and couldn’t find the right balance for it yet.
Being a really small team of 6 people for a projet of this scope, we know the game is not 100% perfect yet, but we do our best to make clear decisions. We will continue to improve the game in the future as we still have a lot of ideas for new and exciting content!

1.0 Full changelog :
New multiplayer mode :

• Play with your friends, from one to more than 10 gracze!
• There is no real max number of players. It will depends on the host computer and internet speed.
• There is no dedicated server. Just launch the game and invite your friends to have fun!
• It’s recommended to start a new save for a better multiplayer experience, but you can invite your friends in your existing saves

New creatures mechanics :

• You can now create creatures by combining DNA from different living things
• Pierwszy : using the DNA extractor, extract some DNA from a variety of living things, like larvaes, eggs or seeds
• Następnie : using the DNA synthesizer, create a dna sequence with the chosen genetic traits
• Wreszcie : create an animal shelter to spawn your creatures
• You can create an infinite number of creature variations depending on your liking
• You can pet your creatures!

New objects for mammals :

• Genetic extractor
• Genetic synthesizer
• Animal shelter
• Animal feeder
• Ponad 50 Genetic traits
• DNA Sequence
• Animals rocket

New objects :

• Jetpack T4
• Backpack T6
• Deconstruct chip t3 – deconstruct quicker – unlock via blueprints chip
• Pin chip – allows to pin 5 przepisy – unlock via blueprints chip
• Light t3 – better light – unlock via blueprints chip

Świat :

• 3 new biomes : Kaskady, Grasslands, Rainbow caves
• Improve the evolution of multiple existing biomes
• Fix a lot of problem with textures and flying resources

Wiedza :

• It’s now possible to end the game

Różne :

• New introduction cinematic
• 15 new achievements
• 20 new music tracks
• New starting point : Ice Plains
• Ability to sit on chairs

Quality of life:

• Improve snapping of pod habitat, especially big ones
• It’s now possible to name the save file on new game creation
• Improve performances of multiple objects
• “Supply all” button for logistics

Balansować :

• Increase some fuses multiplier from 250 Do 500
• Reduce terra tokens loot in wrecks

Localization :

• Improve the overall localization for all languages
• Add Traditionnal Chinese, Turkish and Italian localization
