Zaplecze: Found Footage Achievement Guide

Wstęp

Welcome to my Work in Progress Achievement Guide for The Backrooms: Found Footage

The game has easy achievements but some achievements are time-consuming and so far some have not been discovered (to my knowledge)

Escape/Complete a level

Zaplecze: Found Footage contains three Achievements related to escaping/completing a level. I’m using Escape/complete because there are two “exits” on this game.

The Exit is a special ‘glitched’ wall that you can’t miss, besides the game randomly generating the world, it has consistency. Na przykład, those wall planks will only appear when you are next to a safe place or next to an exit, the game will put planks on the walls behind you so you can’t miss these safe places or the exit

How is the exit:

Like I said there are two types of exit. The first one is the one on the video that has the main menu music, when you pass through you will be awarded a You Survive! wiadomość. the Second exit it’s the same as the video but has different music and when you pass through you will automatically be on the next level, without going back to the main menu.

I recommend doing this on Traditional game mode as it is shorter than Purist

Completed Level: 0

Poziom 0 (Hol) is the first level you have unlocked. You don’t need to escape, just finding the exit will unlock this achievement.

Completed Level: 1

The Habitable is the second level and you unlock it by completing The Lobby, you don’t need to escape, just finding the exit will unlock this achievement.

Completed Level: 2

The Pipe Dreams is the last level and you unlock it by completing Habitable Zone, you don’t need to escape, just finding the exit will unlock this achievement.

Wrogowie

These are all the Achievements related to enemies, you will unlock/find them just by completing the game.

Encounter a Smiler (Ukryty)

Uśmiechnięty (or Smiley) is that enemy that has a creepy Smile, you will find him for the first time on Level 0 (Hol)

Wskazówka:

When he appears he makes a sound like the Predator and when he is close to you he do an “Ach” sound. Look at him will make him stop running, Run backward while looking at him, and after a while, he will disappear

Encounter a Howler (Ukryty)

Howler (or Bacteria) is that ‘TV’ Entity, you can only find him on Level 0 (Hol)

Wskazówka:

When he appears he makes a unique “heavy” sound with tv static, very different from the Smiler, When you hear this sound you should stop running and walk calmly backward, go back a little the way you came, and then take another path. if he has you can consider yourself dead, he is very fast and you will only be able to escape him using an energy drink and finding a safe place.

Encounter a Shade (Ukryty)

Shade is an enemy that looks like smoke, you can find him for the first time on Level 1 (Strefa mieszkalna)

Wskazówka:

He’s made a “wiatr” sound, just go to another direction and you are good if he sees you just run from him and he will disappear after a while.

Encounter a Hound (Ukryty)

Hound is an enemy that you can only find on Level 2 (Pipe Dreams)

Wskazówka:

He make a unique sound, when you hear him sound, he will be on your front, just go backwards and take another corridor. If he found you, just run lol.

These are Miscellaneous Achievements, they aren’t related to anything specific Noclipped

Encounter.. ktoś? (Ukryty)

As you walk through the level you will find some shadows (In other words you will randomly get this achievement).

Rest in a sleeping bag

You can only do this achievement on Level 0 (Hol).

First you need to find a Bedroll, you find it randomly in the safe rooms, which are those rooms that have a table in the center with a tape player (and maybe a document)

Z Bedroll collected, now you need to be lucky enough to find the sleeping places, these places are in dark rooms and you know it spawned because there is a tape player nearby making noise

These locations are seems to spawn more often you have less than 45 Zdrowy rozsądek.

The Bedroll will stay on your inventory until you use it, so just don’t worry about it.

Hallucinating/Sanity Achievements

These Achievements are related to low Zdrowy rozsądek. When your sanity is below 32 you will start to hallucinate, when you are hallucinating the game will randomly generate a special room, you do NIE need to enter the room, just walking around with low Sanity will make the rooms appear and you will earn the achievement.

Testing on another account, just drinking water from the carpet makes almost all achievements drop

The Habitabl Lobby

As you walk through the level you will randomly find a red paper floating between the rooms, You will get the achievement as soon as the paper appears, you don’t need to read it.

While on low Sanity you can randomly find a special room that have Blue walls, grass on the ground and a white sky

While on low Sanity you can randomly find a special room that is all Red

While on low Sanity you can randomly find a special room that is all Blue

Infinite Rainbow

While on low Sanity you can randomly find a special colored room

I don’t know with one (or if both) is related to Infinite Rainbow room xD

Rank/Level (Player XP)

These achievements are related to your

Rank/Level, they are time consumingsince you get around

230xp+ on each good run (40 minutes+). You can find your Rank/Level on the right of save screen or at the bottom on main menu.

* Promotion! seems to be bugged (at least for me) I got Rank 5 and the achievement didn’t unlocked, I needed to create another save and level up to Rank 2 to get the achievement
