Watch the Time Machine reappear
Once you finish the Time Machine and it vanishes, you have to stay on the map for a bit. I waited for about a minute after it disappeared, and then it came back. The achievement credit came a bit later, right after the car had completely stopped.

In the Clocktower job, ring the bell
I did this in my playthrough without knowing it was an achievement. There’s a prompt to interact with the bell hammer, so naturally, I hit it. What else would you do in that situation?
Back to the Theater
In the Holomax Theater job, clean the Grid Wall first
The Grid Wall is the highest part, and I naturally cleaned it because I prefer to start from the top and work down. I spent some time doing parkour to get on top of it. The Flux Capacitor and its Particle Colliders are in a housing at the front of the train, situated above the ‘Time Loop Knife.’ The housing is quite large, so there’s not much risk of accidentally cleaning anything else while working on this.
