I have seen a couple of topics in the discussions where people are asking how to make the different recipes in the fireplace, so here’s a small quick guide on how to make them including what various effects they give when eaten.
NOTATKA: This guide is a work in progress as I’m still testing the various effects, zdrowie, and hunger points. Some foods take longer to eat(cooldown) than others which is something I also want to test down the line.
Recipes and their effects
All recipes cooked in the fireplace require oil except one and most require flour except two.
All cooked food adds some health and hunger points when eaten and some food even gives additional effects.

All raw fruits can be eaten, even raw wheat and flowers, but the latter two will give a small negative amount on health.
All tests were made by eating 1 piece of the selected food item when at 0 hunger and 50 zdrowie, which are the lowest amount when naturally drained without taking damage.

Great info, but how do you make the oil?
You have to fine olives on the pale yellow islands, the trees are very distinctive, then refine the olives into oil

Thanks for this guide. Really appreciate it. Just picked up the game and was annoyed there was no way to know what to put in to make something. So thanks again
