How to save everyone and get all friendships and make peace, with wiggle room to maybe be able to get whichever career and romance you want.
Intro/Notes
Perfect, Dla mnie, was all characters saved, 100 friendship with everyone, Vace goes to therapy, Socks is saved, Nomi + Rex together, peace with the Gardeners, romance with both Sym and Dys, and explorer career, but I’m sure romance and career can be adjusted, at least somewhat.
There’s already a guide that gives detailed instructions for exactly what to do to get the perfect ending, which is super helpful if you want to be 100% sure you’ll get everything! I just wanted to share a way that’s less strict, and might be doable with any career and romance of your choosing, though it takes some of your own planning, and I admittedly did not test it. I know it’s at least doable with a few. And do keep in mind, there are a few careers the game will not allow with the peace ending.
Notatka: This guide is not about maxing stats or getting achievements. It does not include getting pets (though two are easy to get, and you can try to work in the others if you want). It does not explain how to save the people or make peace, there are other guides for all that. It also assumes you’ve already saved everyone (including Socks if that’s important to you) and met the Overseer before in order to accomplish things faster using memories of previous lives.
Main Points
The key to relationships is giving gifts. The key to giving gifts is going on expeditions so you can get collectibles and getting creativity to 100 so that you unlock the perk to give more often. If you’re in short supply, focus gift giving on the characters you won’t be spending as much time with.
Start by focusing on getting to bravery 10 (in order to save Tonin) and empathy 20 (in order to do an act of kindness and get cake from Tammy every year). I also suggest you clear a path and do the boss event ahead of time before needing to save Tonin and/or make sure you destress the month prior.
Potem, work toward creativity 100 (in order to give gifts more often), perception 100 (in order to skip events on expeditions to just get collectibles), and persuasion (in order to eventually get Nem and Vace to break up and Vace to work on his anger, including apologizing to Rex).
Oczywiście, in between everything else, save Tammy, go to engineering to save Hal, go out to fight in Year 14 glow to save Eudicot, cure Shimmer, find food, itp.
The other important plot points you need to keep in mind are visiting Sym enough later in the game so that you can make the deal with the Overseer (you can ask him to bring you there right away, but the second meeting isn’t until year 19, I believe), either stopping Dys from planting the bomb or bringing him back after (assuming you want him around), and I think you need to work in command at least a few times later in the game in order to overthrow Lum (or maybe not, I’m not sure if just having the memory of having done that before allows you to skip to that without ever working in command). Also don’t forget to actually bring the deal to Marz once she is governor (unless you are governor).
Careers
This is where you really have to do your own planning.
I don’t know if every career is possible with this perfect ending, but I’ve gotten the peace ending with the governor, lawyer, pulp novelist, and explorer careers (though some of those I didn’t try to accomplish all the other perfect outcomes, which will make it harder).
Know ahead of time what career you’re going for. Look up a career guide and make sure you know the requirements and how the career determination works. Also make sure you know what activities are associated with other careers so that you can avoid certain things. You have to make sure you do the activities associated with your chosen career more than the ones associated with any other.
Na przykład: I wanted explorer career, which meant I needed to focus on surveying the plains and exploring nearby. Since I went to humanities class 12x (which is the main activity for pulp novelist), I made sure to survey the plains more than 12x times, to explore nearby a lot as well, and to not choose assisting the governor as an activity (the secondary pulp novelist activity).
Also keep in mind that you will be going on a lot of expeditions to get collectibles, so if you’re not going for explorer, mający 100 perception will be extra important, so that you can grab all the collectibles in one go.

Extra Tips
– Choose Eudicot’s hat at the start to boost empathy (unless you plan on focusing on that skill for your career).
– Buy Marz’s jacket from her for 50 kudos (it’s normally 100) for a great persuasion boost (Ponownie, unless you plan on focusing on that).
– Make sure you are wearing the hat to do an act of kindness for Tammy asap, and the jacket when you talk to Nem at relationship 90 (break up) and Vace at relationship 90 (confronting about his anger).
– Use kudos to buy the photophonor. Practicing is a fast way to increase creativity.
– I don’t think “oszczędność” Socks is the most important, they’ll be fine in the wild. But if you want to save Socks, you’ll have to visit geoponics occasionally while you’re young, and you can save him faster if you already have the memory of saving him. And then I think you need to visit again in Year 17?
– Save the cake Tammy gives you each year for Cal’s birthday (unless you plan on visiting geoponics a lot). Dostajesz 8 whole friendship points. That boy LOVES birthday cake.
– Try to give gifts that are actually one of the character’s likes.
– Even if you’ve run out of items your friends like, you’ll still get a point for giving them an item they feel meh about. Just don’t give items they specifically dislike. I gave out a lot of mushwood logs.
– Always give Rex a hug each season (and logs, oczywiście).
– If you want Nomi and Rex together, remember to talk to Nomi after they post that drawing and ask if it’s Rex.
– I think you only need to be at friend level 80 to see all friend endings in the epilogue, but you need higher in order to get all the best endings and for certain in-game things. 100 is best if you really want the best outcomes.
– Nem will end up without a partner (which I still think is a nice ending), chyba że ty date her yourself or break up Cal and Tammy, in which case Cal and Nem will date. Then you can date Tammy, or she’ll end up in a throuple with unnamed characters (at least she did in a non-peace ending I played).
– If you don’t spend a lot of time in engineering, the Tang/Instance cure thing won’t even come up, więc nie martw się o to. (Co najmniej, it didn’t for me.) I’m not sure how it might affect the ending if it does.

– In case you want to romance both Sym and Dys simultaneously as I did, it can be done if you are dating Sym first, let Dys do the bomb, then go find him at the Ridge (!) event and tell him to come home because you love him. He will still become a Gardener eventually in the epilogue, but I think he does that in every ending? At least you’ll still have Sym. – Pets are up to you. Might be hard to get the robot, unless you’re focusing on engineering for your career. I had two, but I didn’t get anything about them in the epilogue (even though I did in other playthroughs). I don’t know if it was because of the peace ending or if I didn’t go to the park enough or what.
