If you finish Misty Maze, the fog disappears in the latest update. I made a mistake by saving it for last while trying to 100% the map. I found the maze confusing, so I started mapping it. After reaching the last room, my map became useless since the fog vanished.
Even though you won’t need this guide for a regular playthrough (just follow the red roses and the fog lifts after reaching the bottom-left room), it’s handy if you aim to 100% the area with the fog still there for some reason.
General Info
Here’s a complete map of the maze section, excluding the entrance and final rooms as they are not relevant. The rooms are presented as in the game, but without enemies and items. There might be slight fog artifacts in some rooms because I removed the character from the view. Each screenshot room includes a minimap due to the UI not being hideable. Keep in mind that I didn’t have 100% discovery when creating this guide, so some rooms may have slightly inaccurate maps.
The map is organized into a grid, with both a large and smaller grid for better reference. I marked each room exit with information on where it leads. Bijvoorbeeld, if a room exits to the right and goes to B5, it means you’ll enter B5 from the left side. Some rooms have two exits on one side, leading to the same room (marked separately for clarity). Special markers include => (exit leads to the adjacent room one way), a straight line (two-way transition), and X (exits normally unreachable due to a one-way breakable floor; you can reach them by jumping before the floor regenerates and using wall jump).
The entrance point is H1, and the exit is A8. When you reach the last room, the fog disappears, so avoid it if you want to maintain the confusing navigation. Aanvankelijk, I planned to provide a direction guide to each item room, but as the map turned out to be useless, I abandoned that idea. You’ll need to figure it out on your own.
