Balance Adjustments:

1. The initial bankroll for all players is reduced by 1000
2. The repairer was changed to a T1 unit
3. Repair helicopters changed to T2 units
   Feature Updates:
4. Remove the original unit panel in the lower right corner
5. Added the function that when the mouse is moved over the terrain and units, the lower right corner will display the brief information.
