Sciophobia: The Fear of Shadows Puzzle Guide

Welcome to the official puzzles guide for Sciophobia! This guide will cover puzzles you will encounter throughout the game as they can get pretty annoying to figure out.

Salt Puzzle

The salt puzzle only gives you one explicit hint, to start from the bottom. Echter, this can be pretty easily solved if you save right at the beginning of it.

STEP 1: You will need an iron rod to breakup the salt. You can find it in the campfire area. Just click on the fire pit to retrieve it.

STEP 2: Zodra je dat hebt gedaan, go back to the spirit of the girl.

STEP 3: Klikken “Use Salt” en dan “Use Iron Rod”.

STEP 4: Start at 3 near the bottom, Dan 1 at the top, last 2 in the middle

Pin Numbers

There will be a total of 4 pin numbers you need to find to crack the safe later. These numbers are found in various locations

PIN #1: Located in Julie Martin’s note near the bottom of the page. PIN NUMBER – 9

PIN #2: This one is written on the last page of the daughter’s journal. PIN NUMBER – 5

PIN #3: Painted on Amy Fuller’s grave. PIN NUMBER – 5

PIN #4: This one can only be found after encountering Jeff in the bedroom of the kid’s house. After the encounter, it’ll be written for safe keeping in your notes. PIN NUMBER – 1

Safe Combination

The safe combo can be a little hard to crack as there’s no real hint at what order it’s in.

SAFE PIN: 1595

Chase Scene Puzzle

Near the end of the game, you will be chased through the dark only allowing you to navigate with a series of arrows. The answer actually is there this time but is hidden in a series of fake solutions.

SOLUTION: back, back, rechts, omhoog, links, rechts, rechts
