If you play through the story and progress you will find all the characters, but this is if you want it to be a little easier.

- Tala – Radio Tower (Very top where you find code)
- Johnny – Balboa (In the building across the cave that requires a machete to get through)
- Elaine – Tangaroa (In the building that shot off from Tangaroa)
- Shogo – Matigheid (You’ll find him by progressing through the island)
