This guide will show you how to change some settings for a Pokemon-like experience in Palworld. It makes crafting, egg timers, health regeneration, and pal healing faster. It also removes the death penalty and increases spawn rates in Palworld.
Setup Overview
- Pal Spawnrate x3 – Having more creatures to catch, farm, and fight makes the game more enjoyable.
- Player HP Regen x2 – Healing in the game is slow, and waiting for it can be boring.
- Sleep Healing for Players x10 – Sleeping to recover health takes a long time, so this tweak makes it much faster.
- Sleep Healing (in box) for Pal x100 – Pals heal incredibly fast when in a box, making it more efficient than the default 10 notulen.
- The longest Egg Timer should be 1 actual hour – This change makes waiting for eggs more reasonable.
- Work Speed x30 – Crafting in the game takes too long, even with pals’ buffs, and this adjustment makes it more enjoyable.
- Removed Death Penalty – Players will now keep everything equipped and on them when they die, making the game more forgiving and player-friendly, similar to a Pokemon game.
How to Enable ‘Pokemon’ Mode
Copy and paste the complete code block into the PalWorldSettings.ini file. Make sure there are no spaces before, na, or within the configuration settings. If you’re playing multiplayer, replace YOURIPADDRESSHERE with your external IP address. Keep in mind that for changes to take effect, you’ll need to close and reopen the game or server, even if it’s already active.
