Meowtopia Expedition Achievement Guide and Tips

This guide has tips on mostly things I found to be of note and would have liked to know beforehand myself. Achievements like story-related and self-explanatory ones are not included.

If you have additional tips I haven’t covered but may be of use, feel free to put them in the comment section and I may add them with credit if you’re alright with that.

Level Achievements

As long as we can arrive there…
Kopen 8 or more steps in one round

When going for the achievements that need you to buy additional steps make sure you save up a lot of gold first (Jij’ll need about 15000) and then get all 8 of them at once or you’ll be wasting a lot of gold you can use elsewhere.

To get this more easily if you try to avoid the goal of a level and make simple matches that don’t cause chain reactions as well as not set off any bombs.

On that, you may combine this one with the 10-bomb-chain reaction achievement.

Ace in the hole
Detonate 10 explosive props consecutively

Not a chance
Reset twice continuously

For the double-reset Level 93 works well for this.

Refresh the level until you get a reset right at the start then do one move if you don’t get the double reset to retry the level as it is. If you click on the power button without making a move it will take you out of the level and then you have to refresh it until you get a beginning level reset again.

There are different levels that can work too, though Level 93 is the one I know works for a fact as that’s the one I did it with.

Affection Achievements

Maffiabaas’t buy any gems, Jij’ll get more than enough by raising the affection level of the cats, either as (later) level rewards or by going through Expedition numerous times.

Heartthrob
The favorability with all cats (including cats in DLC) have reached the highest value

The max affection level is 30 jij ook’Ik heb nodig 1890 affection points to reach that.

Though getting every diary and action, minus the ones you have to craft, only needs you to reach levels 14 naar 16 depending on the cat.

Jij don’t just have to collect those, but also look at them once, when they say review in the achievement description they mean it.

Collection Achievements

Carved beams and painted rafters
Unlock all buildings and furniture in all areas

Unlocking all buildings and furniture in all areas only means the base ones, jij don’t have to buy the alternate ones for this.

I’ve got all the looks you like
Have collected all cat clothes

For collecting all clothes achievement you only need to make and buy the base clothes, but none of the alternate colours. Als je het niet doet’t know which clothes you are missing, check that you got all for both M and L cats.
