I don’t like having to wait so long between releases, but every once in a while it’ll be necessary just due to the nature of software development. In dit geval, it was due to some much-needed refactoring of the way input is handled alongside its associated state machine(S). I’m happy with how it turned out, hoewel, resolving many potential input-related issues and opening the door to better device support across the board.
There’s also a new way to share feedback about the game directly with me. Just launch the game and look for the feedback button in the top-right of the screen.

- Inputs refactored to better use Unity’s Input System
- Multiple keyboards can now be used without interfering with one another
- Controller d-pad and/or right analog stick can now be used to steer the car
- Menu key on controller can now be used to go back to the main menu
