This guide aims to provide a player with useful tricks that will help with obtaining all achievements.

Rationale

Gebruikelijk, games that include achievements either already have guides explaining the exact steps to follow to get 100% achievement rate or achievements are self-explanatory and only need minimal guidance to help optimise time spent. Makkelijk rood, grotendeels, has self explanatory achievements that are not really hard. Echter, there are a few unpleasant exceptions.

Armour doesn’t matter – Kill an enemy while in underwear. Can be done anytime, anywhere. Just go to your inventory by pressing “I” and moving your clothes into the inventory or dropping them onto the ground by pressing Middle mouse button.

The Desert Fox – Take Marville back. There is a mission called Marville in CHAPTER II You need to play as Germans and win the battle. The name itself is a reference to the German general Erwin Rommel.

Share – Share your creation on the workshop. Go into the Level Editor and start putting things together to make a good map. In the workshop, there is an official map van Marco, the developer, en the official documentation for it

Survival achievements

The following achievements represent the main phases of the survival mode which I have covered in detail in this guide.

A nice survivor. – Survive from 25 Germans on survive mode.

Best goed. – Survive from 100 Germans on survive mode.

A killing machine. – Survive from 250 Germans on survive mode.

Praise to the crow. – Survive from all Germans on survive mode. This one is the hardest achievement in the game and, naar mijn mening, the most interesting to obtain

Hidden achievement

Makkelijk rood – Nobody knows how to unlock this. Except for us.

So this achievement deserves special attention. Allereerst, it seems that the condition for its completion was changed at some point. This thread confirmed that you had to get all other achievements first, and this one unlocked automatically. It might have been the case because I saw that people back in the days had Praise to the crow achievement unlocked at the same time as they unlock this achievement. Echter, something changed. And then the crow spoke to me.

Jokes aside, the exact condition was revealed to me in a dream door Marco himself when I tracked him down and asked him about the strange behavior of this particular achievement. Since he was kind enough to spend quite some time actually looking up it in the game himself, I decided to make sure that he won’t be bothered by schizos completionists ever again.

This achievement is easy in the way that you know what to do and how to do it, but the question is whether we can optimize or even automatize the process. Hiervoor, I have developed Soul Harvest – a map that puts you in the shoes of a German paratrooper and his trusty Tiger tank. Nu, the time is to harvest souls for your achievement. The map is an infinite loop and your statistics are saved in real-time. You can always stop and quit the game to continue later. Helaas, your MG42 runs out of ammo and needs to be reloaded and you need to depress the fire button. What it means is that you cannot just point at one point, lock your fire button, and wait.
