This guide will show you how to easily unlock and obtain the Vagante achievement called “Infernal Engine”, where players are required to kill the Rust Fiend.

How to Kill the Rust Fiend

• I suggest picking the Mage class.
• It’s best to have at least a level 3 enchanter and a level 2 rod for your magical abilities.
• Make sure you wear gloves with the power of wall phasing for protection.
• Your essential weapons should be the Wave Rod and the Wand of Digging.

The Rust Fiend is a big boss train in the factory’s depths. You find it by unlocking the locked door on the second level of The Rift using the treasure key. Once you reach the bottom of the map, head to the right wall. If you use the Wand Of Digging, you can create a tunnel, but one tile of the boss arena will stay indestructible. With gloves that can phase through walls, go to the tunnel on the right side. Use a Wave Rod with fire, 얼음, and lightning enchantments. This rod’s ability travels through walls and has maximum hit frames, letting you safely defeat the boss from the other side.
