After completing the mission, teleport to Castle Settlement and engage in a conversation with Birdie.

Teleport to the Capitol mission, face the crashed plane; this is your starting point. 지금, turn to the right and follow the road to the CERA block post. Exit onto the big CERA – STATE board, walk around to trigger the script, and follow the path illuminated by blue lights. Continue until you reach another monument featuring a Hunter axe.

Walk around the middle of the road to initiate the script, and then follow the path illuminated by blue lights.

Move forward to the specified coordinates, and as you navigate the area, the script will activate. Follow the path of blue light.

Upon reaching another building and finding an elevator, go to a higher floor. Inside Agent Johnson’s apartment, located on the table, you’ll discover his watch. Interact with the watch to receive the final secret comm.
