이삭의 결속: Rebirth Boss Rush Unlocks Ranking Guide

Heya fellow Isaac players, in this guide I’ll give a ranking on boss rush unlocks for non-tainted characters, with a difficulty rating and a value rating for how good the unlock is. Do note, this is a personal opinion, so if one of y’all thinks an unlock is better than I give it credit for, please do enlighten me as to why you think so!

Isaac: Isaac’s Head

어려움: 4/10
Isaac doesn’t really have issues with the boss rush, especially if D6 is unlocked.
Unlock rating: 씨
Useful early on due to its piercing, but the competition for the trinket slot is typically better

Maggy: Maggy’s bow

어려움: 5/10
Yum heart and red health makes surviving easier, but dps can be an issue.
Unlock value: ㅏ
Varies from character to character, but is typically pretty damn decent. Completely broken when playing as t. Maggy.

Cain: Cain’s other eye

어려움: 5/10
Basically the opposite of Maggy, good DPS, but questionable survivability.
Unlock value: 디
A waste of a treasure pool item, 내 생각에는, nonexistent DPS and uncontrollable movement. At least peeper gives damage up!

Judas: Judas’ 그림자

어려움: 2/10
Book of belial op, nuff said
Unlock value: ㅏ
A revive item that makes you judas with a 2x damage multiplier? Sign me up!

???: ???’s only friend

어려움: 7/10
??? having only soul hearts hurts a lot here, coz most bosses will only drop red health.
Unlock value: 씨
Nothing amazing, but I’d take it over a godamn stat upgrade. Also counts for Beelzebub so that’s nice.

Eve: Eve’s mascara

어려움: 5/10
Depends on whether Wob is being relied on, 그리고 그때까지도, it shouldn’t be too hard.
Unlock value: ㅏ
Kind of a controversial unlock last time I checked, but I love it! Again I must say, I love me a damage multiplier!

Samson: Samson’s chains

Ok first off what the hell is up with the boss rush unlocks having characters’ 이름? This is kinda weird if you ask me.
어려움: 4/10
The bloody lust stacks are ridiculous. If you don’t end off on like +8 손상, you probably deserve an award!
Unlock value: 비
Free tinted rocks, 두개골, 냄비, 그리고 더! Kinda awkward to use, but never a bad take.

Azazel: The nail

어려움: 3/10
Azazel is op early game, and this is no exception. Only potential issues could be death or bloat (f@ck bloat).
Unlock value: 씨
A bunch of random and awkward 1-room buffs piled into one item, plus half a black heart. This feels like a filler item if you ask me.

거지: MISSINGNO

어려움: 5/10
Only putting Lazarus higher than Isaac coz it could be hard if you have become Lazarus risen prior to entering (voluntarily or not!)
Unlock value: 이자형
God this item sux! Just let me keep my build for 5 분!

Eden: UNDEFINED

어려움: 4/10
Depends heavily on the start of the run, but shouldn’t be too hard.
Unlock value: 비
Easy access to IAMERROR rooms, what’s not to like?

The Lost: D100

어려움: 8/10
PAIN. LOTS OF PAIN.
Unlock value: 씨
For when you want to tell your current run to go screw itself!

릴리스: Immaculate conception

어려움: 6/10
Rock layouts can be a nightmare, but only if you don’t have spectral.
Unlock value: ㅏ
It gives holy water, relic, 그리고 2 orbitals. better to get earlier in a run rather than later.

Keeper: Sticky nickels

어려움: 7/10
Keeper struggles coz his survivability is horrid. not complaining about wooden nickel, but it’s a tad inconsistent.
Unlock value: 에프
WHY IS THIS AN UNLOCK? IT ACTIVELY MAKES THE GAME WORSE!

Apollyon: Locust of conquest

어려움: 5/10
Isaac but with void, 다음!
Unlock value: 비
Definitely a better trinket than Isaac’s head, 그러나 다시, the competition can beat it out just barely.

The forgotten: Divorce papers

어려움: 4/10
The dual health bars allow for variation in playstyle and the bone club can take out basement bosses real fast.
Unlock value: 비
It’s a boss pool unlock, but a damn good one at that.

Bethany: Beth’s faith

어려움: 3/10
BoV is just as good for the boss rush as BoB. just spam out wisps and take basically no damage.
Unlock value: 씨
Same boat as Isaac’s head, but the wisps can be useful all the way until delirium, also wtf the names are back!

Jacob and Esau: Rock Bottom

어려움: 8/10
JandE is painful to play as, especially here due to the onslaught of bosses with little health to boot.
Unlock Value: 에스
예, I know rock bottom is overhyped to some degree, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t an absolutely great item!
