Obvious and easy way to fix the texture and framerate issues.
Reason behind texture issues:
The reason why you have messed up, lose and long loading textures, is because they are throttling textures to save framerate.
It works by predicting where you are going and loads textures accordingly, then immediately drops textures that aren’t needed.
This is precisely what Ominis’ wand does for him: Helps him to slightly see and guides him to places.
HOW TO FIX:
Just stop playing Ominis as main character, he is blind and obviously he has sights issues.
You are accidentally using his character. What you are seeing, is what he sees from his eyes.
Switch back to your character and you wont have graphics problems anymore.
