Polar Angler
Catch all known species of fish in The Pale Reach.
The seventh achievement, “Polar Angler,” necessitates catching all fish species in The Pale Reach. Here’s the list of fish species in the region:
- Icefish:
- The most common fish in the region, found everywhere.
- Char:
- This region’s variant of cod. Located North of the Eastern Terminus, in the area where you find the Radiant Trawl Net.
- Wolffish:
- Only encountered at night, near Central Camp past 6-7PM.
- Stargazer:
- The most common trawl fish, caught exclusively using the Trawl Net.
- Lizardfish:
- Caught with a Rod on the outskirts or inside the region, such as the Eastern Terminus. Easier to catch in the Trawl Net.
- Toothfish:
- Found in the main area near Central Camp.
- Goblin Shark:
- Located in the Western Bearing behind the claw or near the entrance in the main area that leads to it.
- Colossal Squid:
- Only catchable using the Trawl Net.
- Sea Stars:
- Exclusively caught using the Crab Pot.
- King Crab:
- Also caught only using the Crab Pot.
- Sleeper Shark:
- An exotic fish found on the channel leading out of the Southern Locus.
Cold Corruptions
Catch all aberrations in The Pale Reach.
