How to unlock Miang: Open the coffin in the Japanese style castle in the upper right side of the map.
How to unlock Menya: Evolve the Silver Wand weapon.
How to unlock Megalo Menya: For this you have to kill 100,000 enemies in a single run with Menya. The easiest way to do this is to set the weapon limit to 2, choose Wicked Season, Divine Bloodline and Silent Old Sanctuary. Pick the skull, both rings and metaglio to spawn more enemies more frequently.
How to unlock Syuuto: Evolve the Four Seasons weapon.
How to unlock Megalo Syuuto: 敗北 100,000 enemies in a single run with Syuuto. Use same stratergy as you did for unlocking Megalo Menya.
How to unlock Babi-Onna: Evolve the Summon Night weapon.
How to unlock McCoy-Oni: Evolve the Mirage Robe.
How to unlock Gav’Et-Oni: 敗北 6000 Kappa.
