jump on the table as human then press the button ( the one on the table ) then jump on the bed press the the button on the mid so now jump to the backrooms so now you are a mouse and in the backroom go to the first mouse hole in the right and eat the chesse

just press the button on the table as human then go to the monster let him kill you

the last achievement is ok, you can stop now TBH i don’t know how did i get it but i put the sticks both of them on the ground then i put the chess on the sticks table then i tried to throw the sticks on the chess i’m not sure about this one
