This Little Light Of Mine
Find the flashlight

You can discover it quite early in the game, in a room inside the ARK section. To open the door, you require a four-digit code. Look for this code in the SHURIN section; it’s shown (and heard) on various screens in the semi-room with the strange android device observing the screens. Keep in mind that this code changes each time you play.

There are two ways you can meet your end in the game:

1. If the monster catches up to you.
2. If you don’t use any of the bio-data terminals spread around the facility for more than approximately 14 分.

Successfully hide while monster passes your hiding spot

Getting this can be a bit tricky. There’s a chance that the monster might take a different path or corridor after you’ve hidden inside a vent, so it’s kind of a hit or miss situation. Opting for a vent in narrow, long corridors increases the likelihood of the monster passing by without spotting you.

Collect all card compenents

The card, which you find right at the beginning in front of the big white container in the main room, needs six components to be complete. You get one from each of the four main puzzle rooms (Shurin, Amada, Wilrem, and Ark). Another component comes from the hatch right below the spot where the orb is at the start of the game, and the final one is from the hatch on the right of the ‘chair’ of the peculiar android thing that watches the screens in the SHURIN section. The hatch below the orb spot is only accessible after completing all four main puzzles, as indicated by the red light turning green, allowing you to open it. 同様に, the hatch on the right of the ‘chair’ becomes available after unlocking the room with the flashlight, signaled by the red light turning green.

Die while hiding

This one’s even trickier than the “10/10 would hide again” achievement because the monster not only needs to pass by your hiding spot but also has to spot you. Successfully entering a vent while the monster has its eyes on you is quite challenging. I’ve found two ways to achieve this:

1. Since you run just a bit faster than the monster, you can outrun it in a long corridor and get inside a vent while the monster is watching you.
2. While inside a vent, crouch and turn your flashlight on while facing the vent door, so that the monster can see the light coming from inside the vent. For this to work, the monster has to pass by your hiding spot (また, hit or miss). You can also try to open the vent at precisely the moment when the monster is passing by.

This one is easy to overlook because you have to do it during the tutorial, and it’s understandable that many folks might not pay much attention to details that early in the game. In one of the early rooms of the tutorial, there’s a device on a wall with a small button labeled “Turbo.” Just press it, and you’ll get your achievement.

I’m Invisible!
Beat the game without being seen

これは一目瞭然です. You can earn it by completing the game on Casual Mode. あるいは, if you’re feeling up for a challenge, you can take the masochist route and attempt to achieve it on Normal Mode. 注意してください, けれど, as it sounds almost impossible since the monster appears randomly and quite frequently.

This one relies on another achievement, the hidden “The Secret is Real.” The latter provides you with a 6-figure code (4 digits and 2 手紙) and a hint (“プレイメニュー”) that you need to enter while you are on the main menu. There isn’t a specific option to use; その代わり, you have to click on a particular surface (somewhere between the bright star on the right of the screen and the corona shaped by the star on the right of the base) and then type the code. 正しく行われた場合, the message “Hey Little Guy!” 現れます, そして実績を獲得します.

This one can be a bit of a challenge if you’re aiming for 100% 実績, especially if you’re not a Twitch streamer. The requirement is to stream your game on Twitch and have a viewer (you can ask a friend) vote for your achievement.

Not A Killer
Find another way in

This pertains to the massive white NAV LOCK door leading to the final puzzle of the game. Once this door is open (which occurs when you place the complete card, along with the 5 smaller components, in the available sockets in the hidden ARK room), you must input an 11-digit code (9 numbers and 2 手紙). 通常, you obtain this code by purging the three subjects in the hidden WILREM room and then listening to the talking head inside there. しかし, there’s an alternative method to get the code without harming the subjects: Head to the corridor directly opposite the room where you find the flashlight and explore the area. On the floor, to the right of the single vent with the white door in that area, there is a Data Access Port. Scan the Data Port, and it will provide you with a different 11-digit code. Use this code instead, そして実績を獲得します.

Out in the Black
Beat the game without charging the flashlight

これは一目瞭然です, though quite challenging. You need to be quite familiar with the maze and ensure not to use the flashlight unless absolutely necessary. Keep it turned off unless the area you’re in is pitch black, especially in the expansive WILREM section where darkness is frequent. 重要なメモ: Every time you load a saved game, the flashlight automatically turns on, so you might not notice it right away. Keep this in mind whenever you load a saved file.

Clean Run
Beat the game without loading a save file.

I’ve Clicked Everything

この実績を得るには, you need to press all the placebo buttons, which are the big red buttons that make a ringing sound when you press them. They can be found scattered all over the place, including inside vents, so keep an eye out for them.

Stay Down Here

You can easily achieve this by attempting to exit the very last room of the game, the end area. 入るとすぐに, there’s a closed black electronic door on your right. Try to click it open, and you’ll earn your achievement.

The Secret is Real

これを達成するには, you’ll need a 6-digit code that you have to input on the panel in the AMADA section (starting from the dead guy, it’s in the first corridor on your right). Carefully explore the all-white room you’re in during the tutorial. After completing the puzzle and opening the elevator door but before proceeding to the elevator, be sure to activate both dark red switches on the left and right walls of the area directly preceding the elevator. After hitting both switches, the large hatch right behind you will open, revealing the 6-digit code. Note that this code remains the same for every playthrough, so once you get it, you can use it in future attempts.

Data Miner

この実績を得るには, you need to access all Data Ports scattered throughout the facility. The very last one is inaccessible until after you’ve successfully entered the 11-digit code behind the NAV LOCK door.
