This strategy requires the least luck

1. Hold r until a miniboss room containing sloth is next to the starting room

2. Walk back and forth between the starting room and the miniboss room to farm sloth for tarot cards

3. Continue until you have The Emperor, and optionally bob’s rotten head + some extra consumables and hp

4. Play through floor 1 like normal in as few rooms as possible, use sloth’s ipecac shots to take out enemies and the boss

5. Skip floor 2 with the emperor. With an entire floor worth of enemies skipped, bob’s rotten head, and sloth’s projectiles the final battle shouldn’t be too bad

Item room strategies

Reset to look for item rooms, any of the following can potentially carry the run

1. Powerful control items such as tech X , though you will likely still get too overwhelmed

2. Contagion can essentially set off a nuclear bomb every room if you find enough weak grouped enemies like flies

3. The leech is basically infinite red heart hp, but if you get a bad boss on floor 1 the leech can easily get stuck to them in every room ruining the run

4. Rarely an item room layout will contain a trap door, and allow you to skip the entire first floor making the challenge much easier

また, the first floor will very, very rarely be an XL floor making the challenge easier, but I believe this may be a bug.
