How to Get the Syndicate Enforcer Katana
Upon joining Constellation and recruiting Sarah Morgan to your crew, you can initiate your journey to the Volii System and make a landing on the planet Neon.
Within Neon, your destination is Ebbside, specifically the “Frankies Grab + 行く” 店. The crucial item you seek is in possession of the cashier, a keycard that unlocks the Syndicate Hideout. Your mission is to stealthily acquire this keycard.
Once in possession of the keycard, proceed to the storage room within the shop. そこには, you’ll discover a concealed door leading to the Syndicate Hideout.
Upon entering the hideout (assuming the Security Door is sealed), make your way to the left side and ascend the stairs. After climbing the flight of stairs, 右折, and continue moving forward.
