Follow him down that hall and go through the door

Walk up the stairs to reach the top of Dark Tower to find Little Bro #2

Little Bro #3 Pyramid Tower

After the fight with the 2 King Whites and King White Jr you will want to cross the bridge and reach the spot on the left

Hug the wall to find a secret door with Little Bro #3 内部

After the turret section you will find yourself in this room
