Unlike most games, this game does not save to a file. It just stores some variables in the registry.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MarginalAct\NeedAPacket

It seems like these variables are modified in real time, not at the end of the day, and they do not get reset when you restart the day. That means that if you quit the game in the middle of a day or if you restart the day, you will still have the same amount of money, 健康, and all the rest.
