ゲームプレイの基本

This game is a Platformer with Collectathon elements and a large focus on story, with most cutscenes being delivered through text and a few cutscenes that are fully voiced.

Levels are arranged in a fairly linear fashion with the occasional larger areas to explore. 各レベルにはあります 2 major collectables, being Orbs and Macarons, scattered around generously. Nearly all of them are directly in your line of sight, but some are hidden behind actions you unlock later in the game, requiring you to replay the level for completion. Upon completing a level with all of the Orbs and Macarons, you can access a harder version of the same level named “Akuma mode”. When playing a stage in Akuma mode you take a lot more damage and all of the enemies will have increased health. The Boss at the end also gains a different attack pattern, and if you get defeated at any point it sends you back to the start of the level and resets all of your level progress.

Most bosses are simple where majority of the fight is either waiting for them to phase into a vulnerable state or defeating enemies or objects they spawn while dodging the boss’ 攻撃. There will usually be 2 Quick Time Events (QTE) per boss which have a super long time limit, and failure just sends you back to the boss with some of its health restored to try again.

Outside of the levels you can explore the Paris neighborhood as Marinette or Adrien, chat with major characters from the show, visit key locations, upgrade your Heroez, ロックを解除する & view Treasures (such as Artwork, 音楽, or Character Biographies), and replay stages.

You can activate this at any time during a level from the Pause menu. This allows you and one other player to play together locally with 2 controllers.

At the time of making this guide there is no support for Remote Play.While this mode is active, enemy and boss health is increased, and new dialogue is given to Ladybug, Cat Noir, and each of the bosses that plays in the environment and during combat encounters. The camera is focused on Player 1 but Player 2 can freely go anywhere, when Player 2 is off-screen for a couple seconds they despawn and can respawn at any time by pressing the button prompt on their HUD. If either Player dies or despawns in combat they can also respawn at any time by pressing the same button prompt on their HUD. Only when both Players are despawned or defeated at the same time it will count as a defeat. This also effects the QTE sections in boss battles by giving each Player the appropriate button prompts depending on who is controlling Ladybug and who is controlling Cat Noir.

If you can find a partner willing to play through the game together, this is genuinely a pretty fun time.

Both Heroez have individual passive stats that effect the gameplay during combat encounters. These can be upgraded at Master Fu’s Shop by spending the Orbs you collect in each level.

Exploration Powers are unlockables you earn as the game progresses, you get them in a predefined order after specific levels. You will need these Powers to access different areas in all of the levels which contain additional collectables, meaning there will be some replaying of older stages. You will have them all unlocked after Level 4 (Clonika).

Ladybug

Super Jump:

Used at glowing Miraculous Jump spots to send you to another section of the level.

Pushing Stick:

Used at Cat Noir graffiti, hold the button to charge a single downwards smash to break objects.

Save File Info and New Game+

This game uses 1 primary save file with no in-game options to manage any alternate save files or start the game from a fresh save file. This section explains how to bypass that and explains the additional information about New Game+.

Upon completing the story you’ll have the option to start a New Game+.

New Game+ will reset your story and level progress, but you will retain all of your Heroez upgrades, パワーズ, Exploration Powers, Kwami Shop Treasures, BFF Meter progress, ステッカー, & 通貨. It will also add additional ranks for certain Heroez Upgrades that you can only unlock during a New Game+, being Health Points, エネルギー, & Base Damage. After completing the story on a New Game+ file you don’t get the option to do it again.

警告: As soon as New Game+ is selected your current save file will be replaced with the New Game+ save file! This means you wont be able to go back and finish anything else on your original file and it’s already deleted!

You can’t choose to completely restart the game while in-game itself unfortunately. However you can navigate to the save file location through your file explorer and delete all of the files in there. Upon starting the game again it will act like a fresh file.

Instead of deleting all of the files in the save file location listed above, simply move them to a different folder elsewhere on your computer. You can continue to swap out the files whenever you want to preserve the progress of each save file.

Master Fu’s Shop

You can buy upgrades for Ladybug & Cat Noir at Master Fu’s Shop using the Orbs you find scattered in each level. The Heroez menu allows you to upgrade their stats and add additional passive perks, while the Powers menu allows you to upgrade their weapons for stronger Parry effects and unlocking their special techniques.

The stat upgrades available for both Heroez are Health Points, エネルギー, Base Damage, 器用さ, & 能力. During a New Game+ you can upgrade the Health Points, エネルギー, & Base Damage stats beyond 6/6 に 9/9.

ヘルスポイントincreases your maximum health.

エネルギーincreases your maximum energy for using special techniques.

Base Damageincreases the power of your strikes.

器用さincreases your speed and damage when you attack opponents at the right time.

You can buy different treasures at the Kwami Shop using the Macarons you find hidden in each level. These treasures range from Artwork, 音楽, & Friends information. You can view the treasures you’ve unlocked by going to Marinette’s Home as Marinette and talking to her father Tom to access her Scrapbook.

Friendship Dialogues

Occasionally during the story some of the characters will have a smiley icon (

🙂) over their head when they want to chat with you, rather than the usual ellipsis icon (

…). These dialogues will usually have you pick between different text options which will increase your BFF Meter with that character when the conversation ends. The amount of BFF Meter gained is different depending on which text option you choose and which specific dialogue is currently happening in the story.

The intended way to maximize your BFF Meter with each character is to walk through the city and find them between each story step progress.

However at the time of writing this guide, there is an exploit where you can exit to the Main Menu through the pause screen after finishing a friendship dialogue conversation and load back into your file. This will retain your BBF Meter gained through the previous load’s friendship dialogue conversation, while allowing you to complete the same one again. You can repeat this as many times as you’d like before progressing the current story step.

I’ve made a short list of the optimal times in the story for each character that has their least amount of text boxes, are relatively close to your spawn or fast travel location, and grant the most BFF Meter for the effort taken. You can simply use the restart exploit at these points for the fastest way to max the BFF Meter.

• Alya: Directly after finishing Level 1 (Soundwave), she should be standing on-screen.
• Nino: Directly after finishing Level 2 (Weredad), he is just off-screen to the right leaning against the stairs.
• Kagami: Directly after finishing Level 2 (Weredad), she should be standing on-screen.
• ルカ: Directly after finishing Level 3 (ゲーマー 3.0), he’s at the bottom of the Stairs at Liberty.

As your BFF Meter increases for each character you unlock photographs in the Moments section of the Scrapbook. You get the first photo at 50% and the second photo at 100%. You can unlock the final large photo towards the end of the game as long as your BFF Meters are maxed out for that character and you follow the steps below.

Shortly after the final level of the game you’ll be tasked to find Adrien by the Agreste Mansion. Nino can be found in the Place des Vosges on this story step and talking to him is required to get his large Moments photo during the following story section.

The next story step you’ll be at the Place des Vosges with several characters celebrating Adrien’s birthday party. Talking to Kagami & Luka in this section before Alya will award you with their large photos. Talking to Alya will end this story step and award you with her large Moments photo. If you talked to Nino in the previous step, a second conversation will happen between Alya & Nino which rewards Nino’s large Moments photo.

There does not seem to be a reward for the large photos except just to have them and make the Scrapbook less empty.

For his first attack he’ll send out a few Pigeon-Bots which must be destroyed. He’ll then send out some Pigeons which must be dodged. After hat he’ll run in close for a pecking attack which must be parried, this stuns him allowing you to damage him with regular attacks.

After you drain his first health bar you’ll go into a QTE section. Upon completing the QTE you must repeat the same attack pattern and finish off his second health bar, this will start the second QTE section and complete the stage.
