You must travel to the Church of Elleh to obtain the Lone Wolf Ashes. If you’ve already discovered the area, you can get there quickly. You’ll find Renna there; speak with her; she’ll ask if you’ve obtained Torrent. She will give you Spirit Calling Bell and Lone Wolf Ashes if you respond, “I can call the spectral steed.”

The Lone Wolf Ashes in Elden Ring can summon Lone Wolves, which are Spirits. Three wolves spawn when they are summoned. They attack nearby enemies and have their own health bars.
