Sayori’s poems
Dear sunshine- You will always get this poem on the second day
ボトル- You will always get this poem on the third day
%- You will always get this poem on the day of the festival
Take my hand- This is obtained in the side story Trust
Become the flower- This is obtained in the side story Trust
There are no poems for Sayori in Act 2
Yuri’s poems
Ghost under the light- You will always get this poem on the second day in both Act 1 と 2
The raccoon- You will always get this poem on the third day in Act 1
ビーチ- This poem is obtained by either writing 3 poems for Sayori or writing poems for more than 1 girl. It’s shown on the fourth day in Act 1
Ghost under the light part 2- This poem is obtained by writing 3 poems for Yuri. It’s shown on the fourth day in Act 1

Open your third eye (translated title of T3BlbiBZb3VyIFRoaXJkIEV5ZQ==)- This poem is obtained by writing 2 poems for Natsuki in Act 2. It’s shown on the third day. There is also an available translation for this poem on the internet.
Natsuki’s request- You will always get this “poem” on the fourth day in Act 2.

Monika’s poems
Hole in wall- This poem is always shown on the second day in Act 1
Save me- This poem is always shown on the third day in Act 1

Save me part 2- This poem is obtained by writing 2 poems for Natsuki/Yuri. It is shown on the third day in Act 2. Appealing to a mix of Yuri and Natsuki can also make this poem appear on the third/fourth day in Act 2 depending on the combination
