This guide will help you kill all 8 targets to complete the game. You will probably think you need to kill 8 but it’s actually 7 because the rocket car thingy needs only 7 targets to be dead and the last is Julianna at the ending of the game.

Note you will kill 7 of the targets and the last will be in the ending so technically it’s not 8. In the morning you need to go to Karls bay and then kill Harriet, you also need to jam the fireworks so that Frank will die later. Do this in any way you can imagine just make sure you do the “Ballad of rambling Frank” 鉛.
正午
Go to the complex and destroy Egor’s experiment so that he will go to the party later. This requires that you have done the “Lost in transmission” 鉛. This is all you need to do here.

Here you will need to go down to the bunker where Fia and Charlie are hanging out, recommend you nexus Fia and Charlie so that they both die. You will probably die of the water so keep 1 reprise left for when you get there.
