So this missable achievement made me replay the game again after finishing it because i didn’t know that i need to do it before building the bridge and you can do that by finishing the first SAM (The Fish Spirit) mission and he will unlock the balloons for you so you can fly to the cave and unlock the achievement before even speaking with the bridge guy and fixing it.
