introduction
As someone who loves to sign young prospects and develop them(honnêtement, I guess most manager game players feel the same, just like Football Manager players’ obsession with youth talents), I would like to bring a little more realism when it comes to signing a young driver as a reserve. The following shortlist started out as something I would personally use, but I thought maybe people would have similar ideas when playing the game, so I might as well post this here.
The Shortlist
all drivers are marked as « Growth Potential High » en jeu
*Driver ineligible for contract proposals at the beginning of the game, due to age and/or not having enough seasons raced in F2/F3
Final words
I love the idea of bringing a team’s « homegrown » talent and developing them into future main driver, of course there are other options available, this only serves as a reference and are picked in the order of current overall. Hopefully this can make your career experience somewhat more immersive.
