The elusive goal
In order to get the Buffer Overflow achievement, you need to get a score of 2,147,483,647 en une seule fois. Given the max multiplier is 32x, this goal seems almost impossible to reach.
Hacking the goal
- Right-click Chimpology in the Steam library and select ‘Gérer / Parcourir les fichiers locaux’
- Make a backup copy of chimpology.exe
- Open chimpology.exe with 7-Zip
- Replace GameDisplay.class by doing the following:
- Navigate to net\themorfeus\chimpology\game\displays\
- Faites glisser le patched GameDisplay.class file into the 7-Zip window
- Quit 7-Zip
- Now run Chimpology as normal. The new goal for the Buffer Overflow achievement is 8,191 bananas in a single run. Still challenging, mais faisable, Je pense.
Note: If you are brave and/or lazy enough, you can just use this patched chimpology.e*e plutôt.
