In Dark Ops Cold War Multiplayer Challenges, players will be able to unlock 13 réalisations dans le jeu. Below are the details of these challenges and how to complete them.
- Relentless Killer – Gagner 10 Relentless medals (20 Kills without dying).
- Récompense: 5,000 XP and Relentless Killer Calling Card
- Brutal Killer – Earn a Brutal Medal (25 Killstreak)
- Récompenses: 5,000 XP and Brutal Killer Calling Card
- Frenzy Killer – Earn a Frenzy Kill medal (5 Rapid kills).
- Récompenses: 5,000 XP and Frenzy Killer Calling Card
- Chain Killer – Get a Kill Chain (Killed more than 7 players rapidly).
- Récompenses: 10,000 XP and Chain Killer Calling Card
- Des profondeurs – Obtenir 25 Kills against enemies that are on land or a ship’s surface when you are shooting at them from underwater with a primary or secondary weapon.
- Récompenses: 5,000 XP and From the Depths Calling Card
- Underwater Ops – While underwater, plant C4 on an enemy-occupied Gunboat or Wakerunner and detonate to destroy the vehicle and kill the occupants 5 fois.

- Nuked Out – Earned a Nuclear medal in Free-For-All without using Scorestreak rewards.
- Récompenses: 5,000 XP and Nuked Out Calling Card
- Back At You – Throw a Frag Grenade back and kill the enemy that threw the grenade at you.
- Récompenses: 1,000 XP and Back At You Calling Card
- Very Nuclear – Earn a Nuclear medal with 25 différent armes with all kills coming from that weapon.
- Récompenses: 5,000 XP and Very Nuclear Calling Card
- Nuclear Killer – Earn a Nuclear Medal (30 kills without dying)
- Récompenses: 5,000 XP Nuclear Killer Calling Card
- Mega Kill – Earn a Mega Kill medal (6 Rapid kills).
- Récompenses: 10,000 XP and Mega Killer Calling Card
- Ultra Killer – Get an Ultra Kill medal (7 rapid kills).
- Récompenses: 10,000 XP and Ultra Killer Calling Card
- Hard Wipe – Single-handedly eliminate an entire squad of 4 players in a Fireteam mode.
- Récompenses: 5,000 XP and Hard Wipe Calling Card
