I recently acquired Sonic Team Racing and found it to be a highly enjoyable gaming experience. Sin embargo, I encountered some significant performance issues, including severe slowdowns and occasional stuttering. To exacerbate matters, the game would intermittently limit the frames per second (FPS) a 30 o 60 during specific in-game actions or locations, as if it were intentionally restricted to run on a less powerful console. After some trial and error and a bit of research, I managed to identify a solution to mitigate these problems and unleash the game’s full potential. It’s worth noting that I haven’t used an AMD graphics card since they were known as ATI, so I cannot guarantee the effectiveness of this method in an AMD configuration.
NVIDIA Control Panel Setup
