- SteamDeck: show onscreen keyboard for inputfields
- SteamDeck: automatically show/hide hand when playing with gamepad vs touchscreen
- SteamDeck: disabled windowmode and resolution selection because resolution is fixed
- Added numbers to levelnames to avoid confusion in level-order
- Made level names also clickable to start level
- Small fixes & improvements
