Introducción

I am aware that I said the next guide wouldn’t be until September, Pero aquí estamos. The Thanager guides may or may not be as long as the Sorrow guides if there aren’t many of them in each department.

Movement Tips

Since I will be using a few terms that may or may not be what the techniques are called by most others, I will be storing them here (and I will put this is any future Have a Nice Death guides that I make).

1. Upperslash

What I call the «upperslash» is one of the most important techniques when it comes to dodging. It is performed by doing an up attack, simple. The height can also be increased by jumping when performing the upperslash. This is useful when trying to get high into the air or to dodge attacks that cover the entire ground.

2. Air combos

They have as much utility as they have combat, as they can be used to extend airtime. These are useful for lingering attacks or when there isn’t enough safe space to land.

Lambert Heisenberg

Ataques:

• Bicycle Kick: Lambert will move towards death while performing a bicycle kick. This can be dodged by moving above or behind him.
• Twister Kick: Lambert will waddle in place before spinning backwards like a tornado. This can be dodged by moving in the direction he is looking.
• Four-Kick Combo: Lambert will kick in Death’s direction three times before lunging with one final kick. The first and second kicks as well as the lunge have a delay of roughly half a second. Moving above and far away from him will keep the kicks away from Death’s face.
• Needle Swarm: Lambert will open his jacket and send out a dozen homing needles. The needles only curve so far so getting behind Lambert will prevent them from getting near Death.
• Pastillas: Lambert has 3 different pills that he can consume to gain different buffs that can stack with each other. The round pill increases his speed, makes him airborne during his Bicycle Kick, shortens the delay between each of his kicks during his Four-Kick Combo, and increases the distance of each of his kick attacks. The rectangular pill gives him an aura that periodically activates that deals damage if Death is close enough. And the capsule pill increases his attack power, making him deal more damage per attack. Each pill will also deal 100 damage to Heisenberg when he consumes them, and if he doesn’t have enough hp, he won’t get the effects.

For the Sorrow guides I am still sticking to either Krank or the Sorrow of the Natural Disasters Department when the update drops next month (as of writing the first edition of this).
