Luz dorada – Guía completa de finales

This guide will show you how to get all 5 endings in Golden Light. Getting these endings will also unlock the achievements that are tied into them. Keep in mind that this guide contains spoilers of the game.

Map Locations

Refer to the map guide below for locations of each endings.

Dog Ending

Meat Dog
Enter the Field Room on MEATZONE

The simplest one is the easiest to get. You can find it by walking through a door or by digging straight out of the level.

To make digging easy, use the Red-Eyed memento. It lets you shoot a laser without using it up or worrying about it breaking.

Final neutral

Meat Shlong
Enter the Torture Room on MEATZONE

To get it without even trying, do all 7 biomes in any order, then go through the door at level -21.

Final pacifista

Meat Child
Enter the White Room on MEATZONE

It’s kind of clear but also a bit tricky. Don’t harm anything directly. Your goal is to reach Floor -21 and open the door without altering the line in the Whispers page that says, «In that dream I slept in mother’s hugs.»

Things you can use to kill:

• Mascotas (Mementos, hay 4 de ellos)
• Left-Hand Trowables
• Hand Traps
• Status Effect Traps
• Cult Status cloud
• Wall Eater memento (Walls count as kills)

Things you can’t use to kill:

• Armas
• Mementos
• Red-Eyed
• Huge Chin
• Nose with teeth
• Hypochondriac
• Let it die!
• Nervous Hunk (No estoy seguro, better not risk it)

More helpful tips:

• Do NOT kill the first enemy on Level 0 (tutorial)
• Get a map ASAP and always keep it with you
• Use the Infected Meat memento to apply Regeneration to your map and heal by hitting yourself
• Don’t use the map to heal if you have another status effect
• You’ll find enough keys on boss floors to progress without killing the boss
• You can easily outrun every boss with the Dog memento; consider getting it before entering the Field
• Lead enemies into floor traps or have them engage your pets, but be cautious not to lead your pets into traps
• The Hanging Doctor is your best friend for this run

Val Ending

Who is Val?

Val is the person playing the piano. To reach Val, you’ll need to defeat the meat creature known as Royal, which controls him. Royal is easy to spot due to the black particles surrounding it.

How do I get 1000 oro?

You can collect 1000 gold by defeating the mushrooms in The Field, exiting to the menu, and then defeating them again. If your reputation with The Gut faction gets too low, simply hit yourself with an object. It’s recommended to gather more gold because you might get robbed on your way to Val.

Where is the Infinite Mode?

You can access Infinite Mode after completing three levels of the Library (Máquina de escribir). Val will always be waiting for you behind the elevator after each level.

Murder Ending

Para lograr este final, you must defeat all 8 bosses directly. This is more challenging than it sounds because it requires a specific order to avoid blocking access to other floors.

The recommended order is:

1. Gut Corridors
2. Meat Factory
3. Jaulas (You need to die on The Field to reach this floor, pero no te preocupes, you keep all your items)
4. Backstreets
5. Meatwoods
6. Biblioteca (Máquina de escribir)
7. The Reds
8. The Insides (You should arrive here directly after completing The Reds, without returning to The Field)

What do I mean by DIRECTLY?

You must land the final blow on each boss to claim the kill. You can verify this in your «Whispers» página, where the boss’s name should appear after you defeat them.

If you don’t get the Whisper after defeating the boss:

Return to the Main Menu and reload your save. This will reset the floor, allowing you to attempt the kill again.
