Bonus Features within the BFM are unlocked by playing throughout the game or randomly. The easiest way of getting them is by typing the name of these features onto your keyboard, which will then unlock them. You can also unlock effects by going onto your medal tab and clicking on the medals to complete bonus levels, in which these bonus features can be unlocked.
